The goal of the Bend Church of the Nazarene is to present every person complete in Christ (Colossians 1:28).  To accomplish this we hold these three core values essential to our ministry:

We Celebrate Christ together by: 

• Expressing our love for God through praise and worship.
• Expecting to hear from God through His Holy Spirit who responds to all of our expressions of worship.
• Encouraging others to accept New Life through authentic worship that lifts up the Lord Jesus.

“They were continually devoting themselves to the apostles’ teaching and to fellowship,

    to the breaking of bread and to prayer.”

We Connect with Christ and Others by:

• Participating together to learn and to grow from the Bible and from each other.
• Building relationships and growing spiritually through small groups.
• Coming together for fellowship so others can experience Jesus through His people.
• Making Christlike disciples.

“Whoever wants to be great must become a servant. Whoever wants to be first among you must be your slave. That is what the Son of Man has done: He came to serve, not be served . . .”

We Care in the Name of Christ by:

• Meeting needs in the lives of others in a way that shows the love of Jesus.
• Serving together in our community and in our world.
• Sharing the Good News in our words, our actions, and our attitudes.
• Giving so that others can know Jesus and His life changing power.
