We believe that our bodies are temples for God and we should take care of them in a way that honors Him. Here are some of that we work together towards healthy living.

Thursdays in the gym, 5:30-6:30pm  

Wholly Fit is exercise for everyone...beginner to advanced. We have great fun together as we get in shape.  Ages 14 and above are welcome.  Our focus is on strength, flexibility, and balance all taught by a Certified Trainer.  We can modify all exercises to fit your needs.





Monthly Blood Pressure Clinic

3rd Sunday of each month, in the youth ministry office 

We offer a free blood pressure clinic on the 3rd Sunday of each month after the 9am and 10:30am morning service. We meet in the Student Ministries office and are available to help answer any health questions you have!




cancer fellowshipCancer Fellowship

Bi-monthly in foyer 

This is a ministry group for those who have cancer, have survived cancer, or have family or friends who are going through cancer. Cancer can be one of life's tough moments. Together and with Christ we have great hope. Cancer Fellowship will meet twice a month with fellowship and prayer as well as provide opportunities to minister to those with cancer through prayer, visits, meals, and other support.
